The school emails one parent. Housepost emails both of you.
Give schools, daycare, and clubs one email address — yourname@housepost.app. Housepost reads the flood, puts everything on a calendar you both see, and sends you a two-minute morning brief. Nothing slips.
The problem
You know the drill. The 900-word PDF newsletter with the pickup change buried on page 3. The practice time that moved on Tuesday night. The permission slip due “by Friday” — which Friday? And all of it lands in one parent's inbox, because that's the address on file.
One parent as the family's single point of failure isn't an organization system. It's a memory leak with a person attached.
How it works
Claim your address.
The Andersens become andersen@housepost.app. Takes thirty seconds.
Hand it out once.
School signup forms. Daycare. Swim class. The dentist. Grandma. Anywhere family logistics come from.
Live your life.
Every email becomes calendar events, deadlines, and to-dos — on a calendar both of you see, synced to the Google or Apple calendar you already use. Each morning: one short brief. What's today, what's due, what needs an answer.
Why it's different
Both parents. By default.
Not CC. Not “can you forward that?” Every message reaches every adult raising your kids, automatically. The end of the default parent.
No new app to check.
Housepost pushes into the calendar you already open and one morning email. The school doesn't change anything. You don't build a new habit. It just stops falling through.
Deadlines that chase you, not the other way around.
Permission slips, payment deadlines, bring-a-cake days — tracked with reminders until someone in the family marks them done.

FAQ
Does this replace my email?
No. Your personal inbox stays yours. Housepost is only for family logistics — the school-club-dentist flood that never belonged in your work inbox anyway.
What about senders that already have my personal address?
Set a two-minute auto-forward rule (we give you the click-by-click guide), or just forward things as they come. Handing out the address to new senders is where the magic compounds.
Who counts as “family”?
Every adult raising the kids: partners, co-parents, a grandparent, the au pair. You control who's in.
Which calendars do you sync with?
Google and Apple at launch (native sync + calendar feeds). Outlook soon after.
When do you launch?
Founding families onboard in batches from August — in time for the new school year.
Where does my data live?
EU servers, encrypted in transit and at rest. Delete your family's data with one click, no questions.
